Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules that govern access to Culinary Alchemy Academy, including subscriptions, digital delivery, renewals, cancellations, content usage, and customer responsibilities.

Last updated: April 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website, subscriptions, and digital educational services offered under the Culinary Alchemy Academy brand and operated by Individual entrepreneur Vladimir Martianov. By accessing the website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Culinary Alchemy Academy is a digital educational service offering premium video lessons, recipe demonstrations, ingredient breakdowns, and related learning materials focused on desserts, pastry, and culinary experimentation.

The operator of the service is Individual entrepreneur Vladimir Martianov, an Individual Entrepreneur registered with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry. The legal address is Georgia, Tbilisi city, Krtsanisi district, Ponichala settlement 3, building 5, entrance 2, floor 4.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You may use the website and purchase subscriptions only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you purchase on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. What the Service Includes

The service is a subscription-based digital education offering. Depending on the plan selected, your subscription may include:

  • Access to online video lessons and recipe demonstrations.
  • Ingredient breakdowns, class notes, and educational guidance.
  • Live Q&A access for eligible plans.
  • Personal chef feedback or certificates where specifically included in the selected plan.

We may update, improve, or reorganize course materials over time. Course availability, lesson formats, and support features may change as the library evolves, provided that we continue to deliver the core subscription service described at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and Billing

Pricing is displayed on the website in U.S. dollars (USD). By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, together with any taxes or fees displayed before the order is finalized.

Current plans are described on the website as follows:

  • Monthly Pass: $29 per month.
  • Quarterly Pro: $75 per 3 months.
  • Annual Master: $230 per year.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle and at the then-current subscription price until canceled. This means:

  • Monthly subscriptions renew every month.
  • Quarterly subscriptions renew every three months.
  • Annual subscriptions renew every year.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method unless and until you cancel before the next renewal date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not necessarily reverse charges already processed for the current period. Access may continue until the end of the paid term unless otherwise stated.

For cancellation assistance, contact us at [email protected]. Refund eligibility is governed separately by our Refund Policy.

7. Digital Delivery and Availability

Access to course content is delivered digitally. In most cases, access is provided promptly after successful payment and account setup. We aim to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security reasons, platform changes, or events outside our control.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or services. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing access to subscription content without authorization.
  • Attempting to copy, scrape, download in bulk, reverse engineer, or bypass security measures protecting the platform.
  • Using the website for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Impersonating another person or providing false account or payment information.

9. Intellectual Property

The website design, course videos, recipes, educational notes, branding, graphics, text, and other materials made available through Culinary Alchemy Academy are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Purchasing a subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your personal, non-commercial educational use during the active subscription term.

10. Educational Purpose and No Professional Guarantee

The service is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular culinary, commercial, financial, or career outcome. Results depend on many variables, including the user's experience level, ingredients, equipment, kitchen environment, and consistency of practice.

11. Refunds and Billing Errors

Because subscriptions grant access to digital educational content, refund requests are handled according to the specific rules described in our Refund Policy. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and certain technical access problems may qualify for review.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user materially violates these Terms, uses the service fraudulently, interferes with platform security, or creates risk for the service, other users, or third parties. Where appropriate, we may attempt to notify the user and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make guarantees that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's individual purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-waivable rights that may apply under law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, inability to access the platform, reliance on educational materials, or third-party acts or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription period giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of any mandatory rights that apply under the law of your place of residence.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, pricing structure, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
